Support Overview
You have a variety of support options for Embedthis products:
- Embedthis Commercial Support. All licensed products include paid 12 months paid support as part of the license benefits. With a commercial license, you may email support with questions at support@embedthis.com. Please include your license number in your support request. Support is renewed each year via Development Kit renewals.
- Online Community Support Forum. This is a community based forum where users can share ideas and ask questions. You can also search the forum for answers to past questions.
- Product FAQ. We regularly summarize the most commen product questions and update the product FAQs. See below for links.
Embedthis Software also provides a range of extended commercial support packages that include priority developer support, field support, architectural review, and priority update support. Contact support@embedthis.com for further information.
