You have a variety of support options for Embedthis products:

Embedthis Commercial Support. All licensed products include 12 months paid support as part
of the Development Kit License benefits. With a commercial license, you may email support with
questions at support@embedthis.com. Premium support
packages and phone support are also available.
When contacting support, please include your license number in your support request. Support is renewed each year via Development Kit renewals.
- Online Community Support Forum. This is a community based forum where users can share ideas and ask questions. You can also search the forum for answers to past questions.
- Product FAQ. We regularly summarize top questions to include in the product FAQs.
- Developer Mailing List. Not strictly support, but if part of your development is enhancing or modifying Appweb internals, then our developer mailing lists are a great resource.
- The Embedded Web Blog. Read the background behind Appweb and Ejscript and about technologies for the Embedded Web. See http://www.embedthis.com/blog/.
