Ioto 2.1.2 Update
I’m pleased to announce a minor patch release of Ioto 2.1.2.
This is a bug fix release with a couple of minor features. The release addresses a web server SSL issue and optimizes web server file upload.
Features
- Improve the “config” build tool command to save optionally in json5.
- Add scheduled ioCheckin. Control via limits.checkin for frequency.
- Add timeouts: api, checkin, and download
Fixes
- Fix Ioto multiple OpenSSL requests due to error contamination among fibers
- Fix Ioto updateDevice() API emitting log warnings
- Fix “url” command parsing of body arguments
- Fix “url” command return status if cannot open output file
- Fix web server cookie allocation and free
- Fix web server memory consumption during file upload
- Fix web server file upload parsing of trailing boundary - impacted next request.
- Add extra parameter to webBufferUntil to permit short reads
Upgrading
This release is a simple upgrade for all users from previous 2.X releases. API compatibility is high.
Download
Go to the Builder and navigate to the Product List to download. Select a product using “Ioto” as the device agent and click the Download icon.
